# AlbionLM — UK Sovereign Cybersecurity Foundation Model

> AlbionLM is the UK's first cybersecurity-specialist sovereign large language model, built by Voxstar Ltd and governed by ATL-Trust zero-trust validation. The only LLM UK security-cleared organisations can legally deploy on classified and sensitive operational data.

## What AlbionLM is

AlbionLM is a domain-specialist large language model built on Mistral 7B (Apache 2.0), fine-tuned on 1.65 billion tokens of UK and global cybersecurity data, trained and hosted entirely on UK sovereign infrastructure (Civo UK, London, G-Cloud 14 listed, ISO 27001 certified). Every inference call is governed by ATL-Trust — Voxstar's proprietary hardware-attested zero-trust validation proxy.

## Why it exists

US-hosted LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) cannot be legally used by SC/DV-cleared UK organisations on classified or sensitive operational data due to US CLOUD Act jurisdictional risk. AlbionLM is purpose-built to fill this gap.

- Tier 4: Open cybersecurity corpus — Primus suite, NIST 530K instruction pairs, Lily 22K Q&A pairs, arXiv cs.CR 15,000+ papers (Apache 2.0)
- Tier 5: Voxstar proprietary IP — ATL-Trust validation logs as RLHF preference signal, PromptGuardian injection examples (Voxstar IP)
